Full details are in our Imprint.
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the Site, which is an informational company and product-studio website. They do not cover our products, which are governed by their own separate terms (for HeyLoLo, see heylolo.ai/terms). By using the Site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure;
- scrape or systematically reproduce substantial parts of the Site, except ordinary indexing by reputable search engines;
- use the Site or its content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a machine-learning model not owned and operated by Elumi AI Limited;
- introduce malware, or send automated traffic that disrupts or degrades the Site.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, the Elumi AI name and logo, text, design, and code are owned by Elumi AI Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view the Site for your personal and internal business use. All other rights are reserved.
5. Forward-looking statements
The Site may describe products, plans, and capabilities that are in development. Such statements are forward-looking and may change. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a warranty, or investment, legal, or professional advice.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. If you are a consumer, this section does not exclude or limit non-waivable statutory rights and applies only to the extent permitted by the law that protects you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elumi AI Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and the courts of the DIFC have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there. The EU online dispute-resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above will change and the new version will be posted here. Questions: legal@elumiai.com.
